Refund policy

This policy explains what to do if something goes wrong with an order you place online with Inspot.

If something is wrong with your order

If an item is missing, wrong, damaged or not as described, tell us as soon as you can and give your order number. Ask us at the counter. We'll put it right by replacing the item or giving you a full or partial refund.

Cancelling an order

Food is made to order and doesn't keep, so once we've started preparing your order it can't be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us straight away: if we haven't started, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. For the same reason, the 14-day right to cancel that applies to many online purchases doesn't apply to food and drink.

If we can't complete your order

If we have to cancel your order, for example because something has run out, we'll tell you and refund what you've paid in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid. Online payments are refunded to the same card or account; your bank or payment provider may take a few working days to show it. Orders paid when you collect them or at the door are refunded in cash or in another way we agree with you.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
